1. Introduction
Pruksa I-Construction is an internal enterprise mobile application provided by Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited (“Pruksa”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The application is designed for authorized users to support construction progress tracking, checklist inspection, defect tracking, photo evidence collection, and workflow approval.
2. Who can use this application
The application is intended only for authorized users, including Pruksa employees, assigned project teams, and approved vendors or contractors. Users must sign in using internal organization credentials, such as Active Directory username and password.
3. Information we collect
When you use the application, we may collect and process the following information:
- User account information, such as name, employee ID, user ID, email address, phone number, position, role, and access permissions.
- Vendor information, such as Vendor Code and Vendor Name, where applicable.
- Project-related information, such as assigned project, unit, task, activity, checklist, workflow status, approval status, and defect records.
- Transaction history, such as checklist inspection, progress update, approval, rejection, defect creation, defect update, and defect closure.
- Photos and image files captured or selected by users as evidence for construction progress, checklist inspection, defect tracking, or site work.
- Location information captured while using relevant work-site functions, such as location attached to photos, defects, or work records.
- Device and technical information required for application functionality, security, troubleshooting, and system operation.
4. Camera, photos, and files
The application uses the device camera to capture construction progress photos, inspection photos, and defect evidence. Users may also select existing photos from the device for upload to the I-Construction system. These photos are used only for work-related construction, inspection, progress, and defect management purposes.
The application does not intentionally use the microphone and does not provide video recording functionality for its normal operation.
5. Location information
The application may use location information while the application is in use, especially when users capture work-site photos or perform inspection and defect-related activities. Location information may be attached to work photos, defects, or site work records to support verification and operational tracking.
The application does not use background location tracking. Location information is used only for work-related functions while the user is using the application.
6. How we use information
We use the collected information to:
- Authenticate users and control access according to assigned roles and permissions.
- Support construction progress tracking, checklist inspection, defect tracking, and workflow approval.
- Record work evidence, including photos and location context, for construction and quality inspection purposes.
- Maintain work history, audit trails, and operational records within the I-Construction system.
- Improve application reliability, security, and support operations.
7. Data sharing
The application does not sell user information and does not share information with third parties for advertising or external marketing purposes. Information collected through the application is used within Pruksa’s I-Construction system and related internal business processes.
Information may be accessed by authorized Pruksa personnel, assigned project teams, approved vendors or contractors, and system administrators only as required for legitimate business, operational, security, support, or legal purposes.
8. Data security
We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information processed by the application. Access to the system is controlled through user authentication and role-based permissions. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and must not share their account with others.
9. Data retention
Information is retained for as long as necessary to support construction operations, project records, audit requirements, legal obligations, and internal business requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on project type, legal requirements, and company policies.
10. User rights and data requests
Authorized users may contact the system administrator or IT application support to request assistance regarding access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to company policy, legal obligations, project record requirements, and applicable laws.
11. Children’s privacy
Pruksa I-Construction is an enterprise application for work-related use and is not intended for children. The application is not designed for users under the age of 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application, business processes, legal requirements, or company policy. The updated version will be published on this page.

2. ผู้ที่สามารถใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน
แอปพลิเคชันนี้ออกแบบสำหรับผู้ใช้งานที่ได้รับสิทธิ์เท่านั้น เช่น พนักงานของบริษัท ทีมงานโครงการ และผู้รับเหมาหรือ Vendor ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ผู้ใช้งานต้องเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชีภายในองค์กร เช่น Username และ Password ของระบบ Active Directory
3. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
เมื่อท่านใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน เราอาจเก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้:
- ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้ เช่น ชื่อผู้ใช้ รหัสพนักงาน User ID อีเมล หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ ตำแหน่งงาน Role และสิทธิ์การใช้งาน
- ข้อมูล Vendor เช่น Vendor Code และ Vendor Name ในกรณีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ข้อมูลโครงการ เช่น Project, Unit, Task, Activity, Checklist, สถานะ Workflow, สถานะการอนุมัติ และรายการ Defect
- ประวัติการทำรายการ เช่น การตรวจ Checklist การบันทึก Progress การอนุมัติ การไม่อนุมัติ การสร้าง Defect การแก้ไข Defect และการปิด Defect
- รูปภาพหรือไฟล์รูปภาพที่ผู้ใช้งานถ่ายหรือเลือกจากอุปกรณ์ เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานงานก่อสร้าง งานตรวจสอบ หรือ Defect
- ข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่บันทึกขณะใช้งานฟังก์ชันที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ตำแหน่งที่แนบกับรูปถ่าย Defect หรือข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานหน้างาน
- ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์และข้อมูลทางเทคนิคที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงาน ความปลอดภัย การแก้ไขปัญหา และการดูแลระบบ
4. การใช้กล้อง รูปภาพ และไฟล์
แอปพลิเคชันใช้กล้องของอุปกรณ์เพื่อถ่ายรูปความคืบหน้างานก่อสร้าง รูปตรวจงาน และรูปหลักฐาน Defect ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเลือกรูปภาพจากอุปกรณ์เพื่ออัปโหลดเข้าสู่ระบบ I-Construction ได้ ข้อมูลรูปภาพดังกล่าวใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ด้านงานก่อสร้าง การตรวจคุณภาพ การติดตาม Progress และการจัดการ Defect เท่านั้น
แอปพลิเคชันไม่ได้มีการใช้งานไมโครโฟนโดยเจตนา และไม่มีฟังก์ชันการบันทึกวิดีโอสำหรับการใช้งานตามปกติของแอปพลิเคชัน
5. ข้อมูลตำแหน่ง
แอปพลิเคชันอาจใช้ข้อมูลตำแหน่งขณะผู้ใช้งานใช้งานแอป โดยเฉพาะเมื่อถ่ายรูปการปฏิบัติงานหน้างาน หรือใช้งานฟังก์ชันตรวจงานและ Defect ข้อมูลตำแหน่งอาจถูกแนบกับรูปถ่าย Defect หรือข้อมูลการทำงาน เพื่อสนับสนุนการตรวจสอบและการติดตามงาน
แอปพลิเคชันไม่มีการติดตามตำแหน่งในพื้นหลัง การใช้ตำแหน่งจะเกิดขึ้นเฉพาะเมื่อผู้ใช้งานใช้งานฟังก์ชันที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในแอปเท่านั้น
6. วัตถุประสงค์การใช้ข้อมูล
เราใช้ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมเพื่อ:
- ยืนยันตัวตนผู้ใช้งานและควบคุมสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงตาม Role และสิทธิ์ที่ได้รับ
- สนับสนุนการติดตามความคืบหน้างานก่อสร้าง การตรวจ Checklist การติดตาม Defect และการอนุมัติงานตาม Workflow
- บันทึกหลักฐานการทำงาน เช่น รูปภาพและข้อมูลตำแหน่ง เพื่อใช้ในงานก่อสร้างและงานตรวจคุณภาพ
- เก็บประวัติการทำงาน Audit Trail และข้อมูลการดำเนินงานภายในระบบ I-Construction
- ปรับปรุงความเสถียร ความปลอดภัย และการให้บริการสนับสนุนระบบ
7. การเปิดเผยหรือแบ่งปันข้อมูล
แอปพลิเคชันไม่มีการขายข้อมูลผู้ใช้งาน และไม่มีการแบ่งปันข้อมูลให้บุคคลภายนอกเพื่อการโฆษณาหรือการตลาดภายนอก ข้อมูลที่เก็บจากแอปพลิเคชันจะถูกใช้ภายในระบบ I-Construction ของบริษัทและกระบวนการทำงานภายในองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ข้อมูลอาจถูกเข้าถึงโดยบุคลากรของบริษัทที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ ทีมงานโครงการ Vendor หรือผู้รับเหมาที่ได้รับอนุมัติ และผู้ดูแลระบบ เฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ การดำเนินงาน ความปลอดภัย การสนับสนุนระบบ หรือข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย
8. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
บริษัทใช้มาตรการที่เหมาะสมทั้งด้านองค์กรและด้านเทคนิคเพื่อปกป้องข้อมูลที่ประมวลผลผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน การเข้าถึงระบบถูกควบคุมด้วยการยืนยันตัวตนและสิทธิ์การใช้งานตาม Role ผู้ใช้งานมีหน้าที่รักษาข้อมูลบัญชีของตนเองให้เป็นความลับและไม่เปิดเผยให้ผู้อื่นใช้งาน
9. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
ข้อมูลจะถูกเก็บรักษาเท่าที่จำเป็นสำหรับการดำเนินงานก่อสร้าง ข้อมูลโครงการ การตรวจสอบ ข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย และข้อกำหนดภายในของบริษัท ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลอาจแตกต่างกันตามประเภทโครงการ ข้อกฎหมาย และนโยบายของบริษัท
10. สิทธิของผู้ใช้งานและการร้องขอเกี่ยวกับข้อมูล
ผู้ใช้งานที่ได้รับสิทธิ์สามารถติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบหรือทีม IT Application Support เพื่อขอความช่วยเหลือเกี่ยวกับการเข้าถึง การแก้ไข หรือการลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายของบริษัท ข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนดการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลโครงการ และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
11. ความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็ก
Pruksa I-Construction เป็นแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับการทำงานภายในองค์กร ไม่ได้ออกแบบสำหรับเด็ก และไม่ได้มีวัตถุประสงค์ให้ผู้ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปีใช้งาน
12. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายนี้
บริษัทอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้เป็นครั้งคราว เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของแอปพลิเคชัน กระบวนการทำงาน ข้อกฎหมาย หรือนโยบายของบริษัท โดยจะเผยแพร่ฉบับปรับปรุงบนหน้านี้
